Where at the airport will we wait for you?
Zurich Airport (ZRH):
- Terminal 1 at CAFE SPETTACOLO (on the right after customs exit)
- Terminal 2 at the kiosk (on the right after customs exit)
Munich Airport (MUC):
- Terminal 1A - 1E directly at customs exit
- Terminal 2 at the Käfer bakery (on the left after customs exit)
At all other airports, we will be waiting for you directly at the customs exit.
You can recognize us by the sign with your name or company name.

Does V-Transfer offer fixed prices for airport transfers?
Yes, with us you benefit from a fixed-price guarantee. The agreed price applies regardless of status or weather-related delays, so you can plan your travel expenses with certainty.
Are the vehicles equipped for trips such as to Lech and St. Anton?
Absolutely. Our fleet consists of modern all-wheel drive vehicles (4x4) equipped for winter road conditions in the Arlberg, Montafon, and Bregenzerwald regions. We also have experienced drivers specializing in alpine winter driving.
How much luggage can be transported on the ski shuttle?
Our vehicles (such as the Mercedes V-Class) offer ample space for passengers, including ski equipment and extensive luggage. Please indicate when booking if you will be bringing bulky items such as ski bags.
Does V-Transfer offer child car seats for the transfer?
Safety first. Upon request, we will gladly provide you with suitable child car seats or booster seats for all age groups free of charge. Please simply indicate this when making your booking.
What payment options are available in the vehicle?
For maximum convenience, we accept all major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash payments directly to the driver. We also offer corporate clients the option of payment by invoice.
Does V-Transfer also offer a business chauffeur service for companies?
Yes, we specialize in discreet business transfers in the Lake Constance region. Our unmarked, high-end vehicles are ideal for business partners, hotel guests, or trade fair visitors.
